This is mustard taken to the next level. Originally developed for our restaurants, people have been crying out for it since it hit the first steak. It's not overly hot, but definitely has a habanero sting in its tail. Goes with everything.

Squiggle over a really good hot dog.

Baste over a rack of baby back spareribs.

Mix with equal part of good quality mayonnaise and use as a dippin sauce for croquettes, fries ....

Add a tablespoon or two into a cheese sauce for that extra flavour.

Add a decent helping to your mince mix to give a bit of schwing to your patties or meatloaf.

Squirt onto a burger bun and you add the rest.

Make a simple zingy salad dressing. Add 2/3 cup of olive oil, 1/3 cup of vinegar, a big spoon of Old Yella habanero mustard, a spoon of sugar, pinch of salt and sprinkle of pepper into a jar, shake, use.

Add a lick of Old Yella to a homestyle Reuben sandwich. Layer sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, mayo with diced pickle and Swiss cheese.
